Held in our office in the Hampton Roads area, our 45-minute to 1-hour sessions are designed to provide the support you need on your journey to better mental health. Connect with others who understand and gain the encouragement and insights you need to thrive.

Cancellation Policy

**Coach Kat Booking Policy** 1. **Booking & Scheduling:** - All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. - Sessions can be booked online through our website or by contacting our office directly. - Available session times are based on Coach Kat's current schedule and are subject to change. 2. **Payment:** - Deposit of half l payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. -Upon the day of the Session , the rest of the payment is due before the session begins - We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or other approved methods listed on our website. - Packages and discounted rates must be paid in full at the time of purchase. 3. **Rescheduling:** - You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the appointment time without penalty. - Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be subject to a 50% rebooking fee. 4. **Cancellations:** - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. 5. **No-Show Policy:** - If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the session fee will be forfeited. - Two consecutive no-shows may result in the termination of future bookings with Coach Kat. 6. **Late Arrivals:** - If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, Coach Kat reserves the right to shorten the session or reschedule, depending on availability. - Late arrivals will not result in an extension of the session or a reduction in fees. 7. **Confidentiality:** - All personal information and session content are kept confidential, in accordance with professional coaching standards. 8. **Emergency Situations:** - In the event of an emergency, please contact our office as soon as possible to reschedule your session without penalty. By booking a session with Coach Kat, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
