Cancellation Policy

**Coach Kat Booking Policy** 1. **Booking & Scheduling:** - All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. - Sessions can be booked online through our website or by contacting our office directly. - Available session times are based on Coach Kat's current schedule and are subject to change. 2. **Payment:** - Deposit of half l payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. -Upon the day of the Session , the rest of the payment is due before the session begins - We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, or other approved methods listed on our website. - Packages and discounted rates must be paid in full at the time of purchase. 3. **Rescheduling:** - You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before the appointment time without penalty. - Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will be subject to a 50% rebooking fee. 4. **Cancellations:** - Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. 5. **No-Show Policy:** - If you fail to attend your session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and the session fee will be forfeited. - Two consecutive no-shows may result in the termination of future bookings with Coach Kat. 6. **Late Arrivals:** - If you are more than 15 minutes late for your session, Coach Kat reserves the right to shorten the session or reschedule, depending on availability. - Late arrivals will not result in an extension of the session or a reduction in fees. 7. **Confidentiality:** - All personal information and session content are kept confidential, in accordance with professional coaching standards. 8. **Emergency Situations:** - In the event of an emergency, please contact our office as soon as possible to reschedule your session without penalty.
